1. Transport the TRIO System to the Setup Area

• Roll the Trio Mobile Folding Action Station to the desired setup location.
• Position the unit on a flat, stable surface with adequate clearance.

The cart stores the three folding station frames, cladding panels, and appliance tiles in one compact unit.

2. Access the Internal Components

• Release the external harness to access the internal components.
• Carefully remove the main frame from the cart.

3. Extend the Main Frame

• Place the frame on the ground.
• Fully extend the frame, ensuring all hinges are completely opened.
• Lock all casters to stabilize the frame.

4. Install the Support Structure

• Insert the left and right support rods into the frame.
• Secure each rod until it locks firmly into place.
• Confirm the frame is level and stable on all casters.

5. Install the End & Front Panels

• Retrieve the end panels from the storage compartment.
• Align panels with the frame channels and lower them into place until fully seated.
• Install the front panels, ensuring all edges are flush and connections are secure.
• Verify the structure forms a rigid enclosure.
• This allows the station to be customized for different service types.

6. Add the Appliance Tiles

• Place the appliance tiles on top of the station.
• Align tiles with the designated mounting points.
• Ensure all surfaces are level and properly supported.
• Apolliance tiles can include
  • Induction cooking units
  • Warming surfaces
  • Ice wells
  • Cutting boards

7. Configure Additional Modules

• Repeat the setup process for any additional modules.
• Ensure all connectors and locking points are fully engaged.
• Stations can be placed in different configurations tailored to your needs:
  • in a straight buffet line
  • in an L-shape or corner
  • with an accessory table as an end cap.

8. Final Inspection, Alignment & Service Prep

• Make final alignment adjustments for a clean, professional setup.
• Perform a full inspection to confirm all components are secure.
• Place equipment, ingredients, or serving items on the station.
• Plug in appliances if needed (induction or warming tiles).

9. Prepare the Station for Service

• The Trio Mobile Folding Action Station is now ready for operation.
• Staff can cook, carve, mix drinks, or serve food directly from the TRIO stations.
• The modular design allows multiple chefs or servers to work simultaneously.

10. Break Down and Store the Unit

• Remove all items from the workstation.
• Unlock casters if repositioning is required.
• Lift off appliance tiles and store them in their designated area.
• Remove panels in reverse order:
  • Front panels first
  • End panels last
• Store panels in their designated compartments.

11. Collapse the Frame

• Unlock the casters.
• Release the support rods.
• Fold the frame inward, collapsing all hinged sections in a controlled motion.

12. Secure for Transport

• Return the collapsed frame to the storage area.
• Double-check that all components are properly stowed.
• Engage the wheel locks.
• Secure all components using the harness.

13. Ready for Transport or Storage

• The unit is now ready for safe transport or storage.

The entire system folds down compactly for easy storage and transport.
